Challenging Days: YEAR 2

Your boys are back for the second year of Challenging Days. Starting June 1, and throughout the month, we will be picking one "challenge" at random and seeing where they take us. Follow the updates here, and follow us on our new Instagram @ChallengingDays to receive daily updates from our travels. Check out this year's challenges below:

  1. Perform something publicly. Attend an open mic, a jam, karaoke, an improv session whatever and do something (Play an instrument, sing a song, tell a joke, recite a poem, do a dance. Doesn't have to be original.)

  2. Go to some sort of museum

  3. Make more eye contact

  4. Only consume water

  5. No television or movies

  6. See a movie

  7. Buy or read a newspaper or magazine you don’t normally read or see

  8. Yes man day

  9. Listen to a full album by a band you've decided you don't like

  10. Spend as little time indoors as you can

  11. Donate 5-10 articles of clothing to a thrift store/Salvation Army/goodwill or the like

  12. Contribute to a crowdfunding campaign

  13. Subscribe/listen to a podcast you aren't familiar with

  14. Watch a TED talk

  15. Liar liar day

  16. Rearrange a room in your house

  17. Buy/obtain a book

  18. Get a haircut (or schedule one)

  19. Do a random challenge from last year

  20. Stand up for yourself/be more confrontational if you feel wronged/desire to speak up

  21. Attend a yoga or meditation class

  22. Eat something you’ve never tried before

  23. Book your next tattoo appointment (try to get it today)

  24. Write and mail a letter

  25. Journal for 15 minutes straight, direct writing

  26. Speak/say as little as possible

  27. No complaining day

  28. Make your own meal

  29. Share something you made on all your social media

  30. Detour day. Change your routes all day, everywhere you go, make at least one different stop to a place you’ve never been
