Challenging Days: YEAR 2
Your boys are back for the second year of Challenging Days. Starting June 1, and throughout the month, we will be picking one "challenge" at random and seeing where they take us. Follow the updates here, and follow us on our new Instagram @ChallengingDays to receive daily updates from our travels. Check out this year's challenges below:
Perform something publicly. Attend an open mic, a jam, karaoke, an improv session whatever and do something (Play an instrument, sing a song, tell a joke, recite a poem, do a dance. Doesn't have to be original.)
Go to some sort of museum
Make more eye contact
Only consume water
No television or movies
See a movie
Buy or read a newspaper or magazine you don’t normally read or see
Yes man day
Listen to a full album by a band you've decided you don't like
Spend as little time indoors as you can
Donate 5-10 articles of clothing to a thrift store/Salvation Army/goodwill or the like
Contribute to a crowdfunding campaign
Subscribe/listen to a podcast you aren't familiar with
Watch a TED talk
Liar liar day
Rearrange a room in your house
Buy/obtain a book
Get a haircut (or schedule one)
Do a random challenge from last year
Stand up for yourself/be more confrontational if you feel wronged/desire to speak up
Attend a yoga or meditation class
Eat something you’ve never tried before
Book your next tattoo appointment (try to get it today)
Write and mail a letter
Journal for 15 minutes straight, direct writing
Speak/say as little as possible
No complaining day
Make your own meal
Share something you made on all your social media
Detour day. Change your routes all day, everywhere you go, make at least one different stop to a place you’ve never been
